Marion Hivert

As Chief Integration and Acceleration Officer, Marion ensures smooth transitions for newly acquired agencies into H/Advisors and supports talent development across the organization.

Marion joined Havas in 2019 and holds multiple roles within the organization. Initially serving as Chief of Staff to Stéphane Fouks, she later took on the additional role of Chief Integration and Acceleration Officer for H/Advisors. Her responsibilities include integrating newly acquired agencies, developing talent, managing international accounts, and contributing to strategic initiatives like the rebranding of the /amo network to H/Advisors in 2022.

Her career background is diverse, with experience in international project management and strategic communications. Marion’s educational qualifications include a master’s degree in intra/extra-European project engineering. She has applied her skills in managing European projects such as Erasmus+ in Portugal and led initiatives at Club Med in the Europe-Africa business unit, focusing on international sales, training, communication, and marketing.

Marion is fluent in four languages and engages in voluntary teaching activities. Beyond work, she is actively involved in charity projects and initiatives aimed at fostering collaboration and inclusion. Her involvement in #NEWDEAL, a Havas-powered think tank focused on economic transformation, reflects her commitment to positive industry change.

As Chief Integration and Acceleration Officer, Marion ensures smooth transitions for newly acquired agencies into H/Advisors and supports talent development across the organization. She also launched H/Advisors Academy to promote learning and employee engagement within the network.
