Vikki Kosmalska

Vikki specialises in corporate communications and reputation management for financial and professional services firms, with a particular focus on legal, insurance and corporate finance sectors. She advises both listed and private companies, most recently on high-profile transactions, international IPOs, and restructuring communications across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia.

Before joining H/Advisors Maitland in 2017, she was at Edelman Smithfield, where she led multi-jurisdictional communications programmes for global financial clients. Her 15-year experience includes advising clients such as AXA, Deloitte, Athora, CVC and Phoenix on corporate positioning, investor relations and M&A. She has also supported some of the most complex restructurings of the past decade, acting as spokesperson in administrations such as BHS and EWM, and advising stakeholders including Greybull Capital, the Jamie Oliver Group, and creditor groups in contentious scenarios.
