Tiphaine Mercier

Tiphaine provides strategic counsel on crisis communication, public affairs, and public relations. She specialises in preparing executives and organisations for high-stakes events that may threaten their reputation and frequently leads negotiations with French authorities. She notably contributed to Xavier Bertrand’s 2022 French presidential campaign, bringing strong political insight to her advisory work.

Prior to joining Havas, she gained experience at leading consulting firms including Elabe and Eurogroup Consulting, where she developed expertise in strategic communications and public policy advisory. She holds a Master’s degree from Audencia Business School and dual degrees in public policy management and public affairs from Sciences Po Paris and IEP Lille, equipping her with a solid foundation in both institutional and corporate environments.
