Per Høiby

Per is an expert in crisis preparedness and crisis management, with significant strategic management experience gained from both the consulting industry and the military. He previously served as press spokesperson for the Norwegian Chief of Defence and as an advisor to several defence ministers and top executives in the public and private sectors.

His experience includes acting as advisor to various suppliers in some of the largest defence acquisitions in Norway. Per is a sought-after interlocutor for leaders in strategic processes and on the handling of complex matters. He has been Managing Partner at First House since 2010.
