Natascha Kunath

Natascha is an expert in the implementation of communication programmes and change management for transformation processes in times of growth and restructuring. She leads the Change Communications & Management division of H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt while also being at the head of the Change team, the Design Studio and the company’s People & Culture team.

Previously, she worked for the communications and innovation consultancy, K12. She also worked at the headquarters of the MDAX international industrial and technology company, Thyssen Krupp, where she was responsible for the change management of an international transformation and growth programme in the Industrial Solutions division. During her time there, she also built up the Thyssen Krupp Change Academy, a company-wide network of change managers.
