Marion Hivert

Marion leads the integration of newly acquired agencies into H/Advisors, supports talent development and strategic initiatives across the organisation while also managing international accounts. She launched H/Advisors Academy to promote learning and employee engagement within the network and is involved in #NEWDEAL, a Havas-powered think tank that focuses on economic transformation. For the past 6 years, she has been Chief of Staff to Stéphane Fouks and led operations for H/Advisors Havas Paris.

She has substantial experience in international project management and strategic communications. Her European projects include Erasmus+ in Portugal, and she has led initiatives at Club Med in the Europe-Africa business unit where she focused on international sales, training, communication, and marketing.
