Laura Stockwell

Laura provides strategic oversight of H/Advisors’ Middle East work and advises both public and private sector clients with their stakeholder engagement and communications planning across the GCC. She launched the Dubai office in 2023 where she focuses on corporate communications and public affairs for organisations in financial services, industry, the built environment, and renewable energy. Her 20 years experience working in international public affairs in the UK and the Middle East and her proven ability to understand and address complex geo-political and corporate situations has seen her develop strong relationships with business leaders across the MENA region.

Prior to joining H/Advisors, she was the Regional Strategic Advisor for a leading British design and engineering consultancy. She worked with both public and private sector clients to find solutions to the region’s mobility and sustainability challenges in the built environment. In her early career, she ran refugee camps and humanitarian response programmes for the United Nations. She has led political delegations to the Middle East for British Parliamentarians and was a trusted Advisor to the UK Royal Family on all matters relating to the region.
