Kees Jongsma

Kees advises companies in the field of strategic and crisis communications, media relations, litigation, and communications around M&A activity. He has more than 30 years’ experience, advising a broad range of clients, including: Achmea, Aegon, ASMI, ASML, Euronext, Galapagos, Genmab, ING Bank, Heineken Holding and the Heineken family, Heijmans, Man Group, Sixth Street Partners, Staples, Van Herk Investments, and Vivendi.

In addition to providing ongoing support and advice to clients, he has taken a leading communications role around large transactions. These include: Mittal Steel and Arcelor; RBS and ABN AMRO; Staples and Corporate Express; UPS and TNT Express; and Dockwise and Boskalis. He is a member of the editorial Board and Works Council at De Telegraaf, and a board member of: the Junior Chamber of Amsterdam, Amsterdam Rowing Association, Willemsparkschool Amsterdam, and Stichting Vrije Schoolkeuze Amsterdam.
