Jean-Jacques is a digital communications strategist with over 25 years of experience, specialising in content strategy, social media, and AI implementation. He leads strategic communication efforts for both private companies and public sector organizations, with particular expertise in LinkedIn strategy and employee advocacy programs.

As one of Havas Paris’ AI champions, he has trained over 400 professionals on AI integration, including internal teams across French and international offices and client organizations such as Dalkia, Transdev, and Crédit Mutuel. His AI implementation work for Label Emmaus helped secure two major industry awards in 2025.
