Helena Walsh

Helena specialises in technical policy issues, in addition to campaign strategy and planning on the EU legislative process. She advises clients in the technology, financial services, and digital sectors, most recently on issues such as digital identity (eIDAS), cybersecurity (DORA) and platform regulation.

Before becoming CEO of the Brussels office, she was a Political Fonctionnaire on the European Parliament Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee and worked at the national level with the Irish Industrial Development Agency. Her extensive, 20-year experience in national and European policy development covers communications, running EU trade association secretariats, stakeholder engagement, coordinating cross-border Member State campaigns and briefing C-suite stakeholders participating in global events.
