Alice Chalupny

Alice specialises in crisis communication, reputation management, and capital markets communication, with a focus on compliance, litigation PR and leadership positioning. She advises boards and senior executives on managing complex issues, developing innovative communication strategies and navigating high-stakes situations across sectors including insurance, agriculture, energy, food and retail.

Before joining H/Advisors, she was Chief Communications Officer at La Mobilière and the fenaco group, where she led corporate communications for Swiss and international operations. Prior to this, she headed business departments at leading media outlets and was a journalist covering industry and finance. She is also a published author, with her 2011 book ‘Victory and Vekselberg’ exploring hostile takeovers of Swiss industrial companies. Additionally, she serves as a board member, lecturer and specialist officer in the Swiss Army.
