Press Release

19th May 2026 – Havas Paris

Format Agency joins the Havas Group to accelerate, alongside Havas Paris, new forms of corporate influence communication.

Havas announces the acquisition of Format agency. This strategic partnership, carried out by Havas Paris, will accelerate the development of new forms of corporate influence communication, at the intersection of media relations, social networks, content creators, and content production.

Founded in 2021 by Thomas Khaski, Format has, in just a few years, established itself as one of the most dynamic players in next-generation corporate influence communication in France.

In a context of transformation—where executives and companies are building their own communication channels alongside traditional media, where content creators are becoming opinion leaders, and where social media is redefining how information circulates—Havas Paris and Format are joining forces, combining their expertise and talent to create the next generation of corporate communications consulting.

1. An alliance to build the future of corporate influence communication

For Havas Paris, co-led by Mayada Boulos and Julien Carette, this acquisition represents a new driver of growth and transformation in a future-facing market. It will strengthen its digital influence expertise by leveraging Format’s agile and innovative approach, and will expand its strategic advisory and media relations offering for scale-ups, SMEs, and mid-sized companies.

For Format, this alliance marks a new chapter of growth. It will enable the agency to leverage the strength of Havas’s network and creativity, as well as access to broader expertise, to accelerate its growth and scale up its offering.

As part of this acquisition within Havas Paris, Format’s teams will also join H/Advisors, the group’s global strategic communications consulting network present in more than 20 countries, giving them access to international clients.

2. Accelerating growth while preserving Format’s model

Format will retain its name, organization, and way of operating, preserving the entrepreneurial spirit and agility that have driven its success. Its founder, Thomas Khaski, will remain CEO, and the agency will continue to operate autonomously.

This partnership opens up new development opportunities by combining Havas Paris’s recognized creative, editorial, and strategic expertise with the agile production and content activation methods developed by Format.

3. Leadership perspectives

Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and CEO of Havas:
“We are delighted to welcome Thomas Khaski and the entire Format team into the Havas family. Their expertise strengthens our global capabilities in corporate influence communication, in a context of rapid transformation and convergence of communication channels. This alliance with Havas Paris is fully aligned with our ambition to build differentiated consulting platforms that give our clients a real competitive edge.”

Thomas Khaski, Founder of Format:
“Format was born from the idea that corporate communication needed to reinvent itself in an era marked by the massive shift of information consumption to social networks and the emergence of new opinion leaders. Havas will allow us to expand into a larger playing field while preserving what defines our DNA: agility, operational excellence, and strong proximity to new spheres of influence.”

Arielle Schwab, VP at Havas Paris, Head of Influence:
“The arrival of Format within the Havas Paris ecosystem is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate today and invent the corporate influence of tomorrow together. With Format, we are bringing in a pure 3.0 influence player—a cutting-edge structure with strong use of AI, at the heart of tech and corporate social media. Combined with Havas Paris’s scale, creativity, and network, our clients will benefit from the best of both worlds.”

Stéphane Fouks, Executive VP of Havas and Executive Chairman of H/Advisors:
“I have followed the work of Thomas Khaski and the Format team for several years. Their approach to new forms of influence—at the crossroads of digital, traditional media, and content creators—is particularly relevant. With Format, we are strengthening this expertise within the H/Advisors network and building on a future-proof model.”
