H/Advisors group reinforces its international senior management team to accelerate expansion

Stéphane Fouks, a co-founder of /amo and Executive Vice President of the Havas Group, has assumed the role of the network’s chairman, taking over from Angus Maitland, who has announced his retirement after more than 20 years helping oversee and grow /amo. Mr. Maitland will continue to serve as an advisor to /amo.

/amo has also appointed two co-CEOs:

• Neil Bennett in London, CEO of Maitland/amo;
• Tom Johnson in New York, CEO of Abernathy MacGregor/amo

The two co-CEOs will lead the continued expansion of the global organization, consolidating /amo’s existing strengths built up over the last two decades with the support of its national consultancies, each a deeply rooted leader in its own market.

In addition, Jeremy Dorling has been named as /amo’s Global CFO, which he will perform in parallel with his current role as Maitland/amo’s CFO/COO.
