H/Advisors ranks in Mergermarket’s Top 5 Global M&A Advisors

In the Mergermarket ranking of communications firms specialising in M&A for the first half of 2024, H/Advisors has consolidated its position as one of the main global players in the field of M&A communications advisory.

H/Advisors is the global advisory firm of Havas, and in Spain it is represented by Tinkle . The consultancies of H/Advisors, in the USA, Abernathy, in the United Kingdom, Maitland, have placed the firm globally in the top 5 of the Mergermarket ranking.

H/Advisors strengthens its presence in one of the most strategic niches of communications advisory, reporting a notable increase in both the value of advised transactions and the number of deals managed. The global firm chaired by Paris-based Stéphane Fouks and co-led by Tom Johnson and Neil Bennett, has recorded a total transaction value of $81.49 billion across 115 deals.
 
 

FGS Global, which in Spain, Portugal and Latam is represented by LLYC, leads the ranking; closely followed by Joele Frank Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher, and Brunswick closes the top 3. Havas with H/Advisors surpasses Publicis with Kekst CNC who close the top 5.

4. H/Advisors (Havas) – $81.49 billion with 115 operations
5. Kekst CNC (Publicis) – $57,042 million with 101 operations

On the other hand, the top 5 of the global legal advisory ranking for the first semester of this year is led by the following firms: Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, Sullivan & Cromwell, and Latham & Watkins.
